01: Discovery Call
Your journey begins with a complimentary 15-minute introductory call. This gives us the opportunity to explore your goals, discuss your symptoms, and determine whether the programme is the right fit for your needs. It’s a chance for you to ask questions and feel confident moving forward.
During this one hour consultation, we will delve into your medical history, current health, lifestyle, concerns and symptoms in detail. You’ll initially receive a health questionnaire and 7-day food diary to complete prior to the initial consultation.
The aim of this session is to begin identifying the root causes and key drivers of your IBS symptoms, forming the clinical foundation for your personalised treatment plan.
I encourage open and honest communication. This is a judgment-free zone where you can express your challenges, goals and any questions you may have. Your input is invaluable in shaping a nutrition plan that seamlessly integrates into your life.

Based on what you have shared from your initial assessment, you’ll receive a fully customised nutrition and supplement protocol tailored to your specific needs. This may include dietary and lifestyle adjustments, supplement suggestions and lab testing recommendations.

04: Midpoint Review

This closing session brings everything together. We’ll evaluate your progress, identify ongoing needs and create a long-term plan to help you maintain results.
