Elena Mattioli

My Story.

My journey started with a degree in Psychology, where I discovered the profound connection between what we eat and the effects on the brain. The revelation that food can be a powerful tool in shaping not only our physical health but also our mental health, led me to study a Master’s Clinical Nutrition. This is where my love for the gut-brain connection started and where I further explored the fascinating world in which nutrition and psychology meet.

Having personally suffered with poor gut health, mental health and low energy, I experienced firsthand the impact that mental and digestive symptoms can have on daily life. The discomfort, the uncertainty and the frustration. Motivated by a desire to regain control of my well-being, my studies were not only something that I had a natural interest in, but also helped me understand how to improve my own health and seek solutions that extended beyond symptom management. My mission is to help others do the same.

My experience includes over 4 years of coaching patients 1:1 in private healthcare. Every individual is unique and my approach is centred around understanding your specific needs and lifestyle to develop a plan that is sustainable and effective for you.

Committed to staying at the forefront of research, I regularly further my education and professional development by staying connected with the latest studies to ensure that my clients receive the most up-to-date and evidence-based guidance.
